Two ways to take part

We're in beta and only taking pre-registrations for now. Recording submission, participation contracts and payouts will open with the full launch, planned before January 2027.

Track A

My voice clone

Clone your own voice and use it only in your own work.

Providing the recordings is free; credits are used when you synthesize.

Clones stay private and can be registered on the Pro plan or above.

Pro: up to 5 · Pro Speaker: up to 10 · MAX Speaker: up to 20 clones.

Track B

Professional character registration

Each character is built from 2 hours of refined recordings, and each person can register up to 5 characters.

Registered characters become public voices on Soft Story. The terms come with the participation contract.

Send us an audition recording. Our review team listens to it and lets you know whether we can work together.

Pre-register

Any rewards follow the participation contract. Earnings are not guaranteed.

Before you apply

  • Your voice is personal information that can identify you. Only submit your own voice, or a voice whose usage rights you hold and can prove.
  • Under the participation contract, Soft Story acquires the recordings you provide. For research and development we first pseudonymize them by separating identity details such as your name and contact information, then mix them at random into a data pool with many other voices. Once they are reflected in a general-purpose model, it is therefore difficult to pick out and delete one person's contribution. You can take a registered voice off the list at any time, and we delete the original recordings and any model that reproduces your voice as is (character or clone) where the law requires.
  • Full details come with the participation contract and our Privacy Policy.
